Therapeutic application of circRNA and alternative splicing. The crosstalk between circRNA and alternative splicing (AS) carries great therapeutic potential. Detecting alterations in patient circRNA transcriptome and AS pattern provides valuable information for molecular therapy design and a patient profile that is indicative of therapeutic response and prognosis, which contributes to precision medicine in cancer treatment.
