KDM5C stabilizes CRBN. A KDM5C and CRBN were analyzed by western blotting after KDM5C was knocked down by siRNA in HEK293T cells for 48 h. B–D Western blotting was used to analyze KDM5C and CRBN in NB4 (B), K562 (C), and MV4-11 cells (D). The cells were transfected with siRNA for 48 h, collected, lysed, and subjected to western blotting using the indicated antibodies. E CRBN mRNA levels were analyzed by qPCR. The siKDM5Cs were transfected into HEK293T cells, and the mRNAs were extracted for qPCR analysis. The data are shown as the means ± SEMs (n ≥ 3).
