The immunohistochemical staining highlighted alterations in E-cadherin and vimentin expression in response to different miR-1269a and PCDHGA9 expression conditions. miR-1269a reduced the expression of E-cadherin, but this result was reversed in the condition of high expression of PCDHGA9. Vimentin showed the opposite of E-cadherin
