ZBP1 activating NF-κB signaling pathway was verified by the specific inhibitor. A The cytotoxic effect of BAY 11–7082 in 3D4/21 cells was determined by CCK-8 assay. 3D4/21 cells were transfected with pEGFP-N1 or pEGFP-N1-ZBP1, and pre- treated with DMSO or BAY 11–7082 (5 μM) for 16 h, then, infected with SVA at an MOI of 1 for 24 h. The expression of SVA VP2 gene was analyzed by qRT-PCR. C The expression levels of VP2 protein were detected by western blot and quantitatively analyzed by Image J. DH The expression of IFN-α, IFN-β, IL-6, IL-8, and TNF-α were detected by qRT-PCR. All experiments were repeated three times independently. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01
