Expression of NFE2L2 affects the prognostic value of FGFR2 in ER+ /PR+ BCa. Kaplan–Meier curve for relapse-free survival (RFS) in METABRIC cohort of ER+ BCa patients (n = 825). Samples were divided into FGFR2-low and FGFR2-high subgroups. FGFR2-high subgroup was further subdivided based on NFE2L2 gene expression status by median to NFE2L2-low (n = 274) and NFE2L2-high (n = 276). P‐value was calculated using the Cox proportional hazard regression models (HR = 1.278; 95% CI 1.026–1.593; P = 0.029)
