Knock-down of p62 re-sensitized FGF7-treated cells to anti-ER drugs. A MCF7, MCF7 p62(−)1 and B T47D, T47D p62(−)1 cells were cultured in 3D Matrigel® for 10–12 days and 14 days, respectively, with FGF7 (50 ng/ml), ± 4-OHT (1 μM), ± Fulv (100 nM).
